Currently under construction, 255 East 77th Street invites Untapped New York members to enjoy a rare behind-the-scenes look inside this top-selling project. Guests will preview select spaces and experience RAMSA’s inspired design up close, from the classical tiered masonry façade – adorned with sculpted details like carved oak leaf motifs that reference native trees of the neighborhood – to monumental penthouse residences and amenity spaces that boast signature details such as loggias and floor-to-ceiling arched windows that frame unparalleled Central Park and skyline views. Important Things to Know:

  • 255 East 77th Street is an active construction site. All visitors must stay within designated paths and follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Flat, closed-toe shoes are required. Long pants are highly encouraged. Hard hats will be provided.
  • Photography is not permitted.
  • Visitors should be prepared for stairs, scaffolding, and unfinished surfaces in some areas.
  • All attendees are required to sign waivers before the tours begin.
