About this Event:

Jim Cummins' new book Hidden New York, The Art of the City is a picture book about the beautiful and unique places and things that go unnoticed in New York, even by native New Yorkers. This is a book
50 years in the making. Many of the images have been published in
magazines, newspapers, and social media before, but never collectively.

In this special virtual talk for Untapped New York, Cummins will show and discuss the many places and things hidden in plain sight that he captured through his lens. He'll share how he got started on this project (his parents knew their way around New York!) and how you can notice all the marvelous art of the city, just by taking the time to look around.
