About this Tour:
Join United Palace's house manager Greg Ippolito for an insightful tour of one of New York's most unique theaters!
The history of United Palace, Manhattan’s 4th largest theatre and now a landmarked building, began in 1930, when it was then one of five Loew’s “Wonder Theatres” across the boroughs and New Jersey.
Designed by noted architect Thomas Lamb (James Earl Jones Theatre, the former Ziegfeld Theatre) with interiors overseen by decorative specialist Harold Rambusch (Waldorf Astoria, the former Roxy Theatre), it was one of the region’s premier vaudeville and movie houses. Today, the United Palace hosts concerts, movies, and community events and provides spiritual and cultural programming.

If you are a member at the Insider tier or higher and you are logged in, you will see the discounted tickets after you select the tour date.
Please note that most in-person experiences open for registration at 12 pm ET, 14 days (2 weeks) before the event date.
How many tickets can I reserve?
If you are an Insider level member ($20/month), you can reserve 1 discounted ticket to this event. Explorer level members ($30/month) or Superfan ($100/month) can reserve 2 discounted tickets.
All guests can book as many full priced tickets as available.
Can’t login to your Insiders account?
Please make sure you are signed in with the correct email address. If you have more than one email address, please try logging in with all of them, that will solve this issue 99% of the time. Check out our FAQ for videos and more help documents.
The event is sold out?
In-person member experiences may have limited capacity and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
But don’t worry! Sometimes spots open up closer to the event date if there are cancellations. Join the waitlist to be notified when open spots or new dates become available. We repeat our most popular events when possible, so you will have another opportunity to join us.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled event, you will receive a 100% refund. Please be courteous to your fellow members and let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to another person.
To cancel your booking, simply click on « cancel booking » in the confirmation email you received upon booking. The confirmation email was sent from messages@fareharbor.com
