You can even see fossils embedded in the stone!
Somehow we missed the existence of The Big New Yorker Book of Cats, a collection of New Yorker cartoons and stories about cats! It opens with the below cartoon: “I know a lot of people will say, ‘Oh, no–not another book about cats,” and is organized into topical sections like Fat Cats, Alley Cats, Cat Fanciers, and Curious Cats.
Contributors include Roald Dahl,Ted Hughes, Haruki Murakami, James Thurber, John Updike, and E. B. White. The book came out in October 2013, a year after the release of The New Yorker Book of Dogs.
