U Thant Island is located in the East River between the United Nations complex and Long Island City, named for the former UN Secretary General.
You’re invited to join the great debate: Rats versus Pigeons, presented by the Lower East Side speakeasy, Caveat in New York City. This interactive debate show full of trivia, games and prizes will give audience members a crash course in history and biology as experts battle through rounds of intellectual competition in the ring.
The battle royale, FREE for Untapped Cities Insiders, takes place on May 12th at 9:30pm (doors at 9), and is hosted by Meg Pierson, Zak Martellucci, and Dustin Growick, complete with a referee and hype men.
