NYC Just Had Its Worst Year for Brush Fires this Decade
As brush fires continue to rage in the New York area, data shows that they’ve become more prevalent in recent years.
On a bus stop somewhere in New York City (we suspect in Brooklyn), street artist Jowy has put up one of the more interesting works of street art we have come across lately. During the day, the art work is blank, but after it gets dark, and the lights of the bus station turn on, this great piece of art reveals itself. An urban reference to Van Gogh’s Starry Night, this piece makes it relevant to the city’s night owls. Jowy declared on his Instagram page, “there’s a new street artist on the block,” and we’re interested in seeing what he has in mind next.
